Smith's Team of plumbers did an excellent job for us! They were easy to contact via email, called us the next business day, immediately understood our situation (with 2 15-year old water heaters that we wanted to replace), came to our house and presented three options for how to replace our system, including all-inclusive prices for each option. A day later, when we decided what we wanted to do, they quickly set up a time convenient for us, and they showed up on the day and time agreed upon and did a terrific job for us. We selected a tankless option to replace the two old water heaters with a single tankless system that provides hot water quickly to all parts of the house. Our previous system had always been frustratingly slow in delivering hot water to some parts of the house. But the new tankless system fixed that. AND their price for the work was significantly better than any other quote we received.
Perhaps the most impressive part of all this was the professionalism of the several Smith's staff we worked with. From the initial contact to the finished job, everyone was extremely competent at their job, respectful of our questions and concerns, and obviously well qualified to do this work. They told us what they would do, they did it on time and on budget, and they made the whole job an enjoyable experience! When the job was finished they continued to respond and answer all of our many questions on the system and how to operate it for maximum energy efficiency, life span, and cost saving.
They stand in stark contrast to the many other firms/people we have worked with over the decades and we do not hesitate to recommend them highly!
