Zach Smith from Smith Plumbing used a camera to check my sewer line, used a cable to cut out some roots, and arranged for a representative to give me a quote on a repair. Zach had all the equipment necessary, and by finding a coupon and a senior discount was very reasonable in his charge. He also looked at a toilet and jiggled the equipment to stop a small leak no charge.

I found their estimates to be reasonable when compared to other estimates. Will was outstanding. He told me exactly what needed to be done and gave me a timeline. There was a minor issue when a worker indicated that there might be another charge to correct a problem that should have been covered by the contract. Will responded immediately and ended up replacing a faulty pipe himself without further expense to me. I would use this company again.
